What type of consultation should I book?
If you’re unsure which session fits your needs, start with the Free Eligibility Call. If you already have documents ready or want strategy guidance for study/work visas, choose the 30-minute consultation. For PR, Express Entry, PNP or complex cases, the 60-minute consultation is recommended.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Please have your key documents ready: passport, CV, education certificates, language test scores (if any), work history, and any previous refusal letters. This helps us give you accurate advice during your session.
Will I receive a confirmation and meeting link?
Yes. After you complete the booking, you will instantly receive an email with your confirmed appointment time and a Zoom/Google Meet link. You will also receive reminder emails before the meeting.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Absolutely. Every booking confirmation email includes a Reschedule/Cancel link. You may modify your appointment anytime before the meeting. For paid consultations, refunds may require 24-hour notice.
Do I need to submit documents before the call?
Document submission is optional for the Free Call, but highly recommended for the 30-min and 60-min sessions. Uploading documents early allows us to review your case and give precise guidance.
Are consultation fees refundable?
Consultation fees are refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or if no work has started. If you miss your appointment without notice, fees are non-refundable.
Will the consultant advise me on the best immigration pathway?
Yes. During your call, we will evaluate your profile and recommend the most suitable pathway—Study Visa, Work Permit, Express Entry, PNP, PR, Visitor Visa, or Business Immigration—based on your goals and eligibility.
Does the consultation include application processing?
No. Consultations provide guidance, assessment, and strategy. Full application processing is available through our Standard, Premium, and Business packages, which can be purchased after your consultation if you decide to move forward.
